Meet your FOUNDER/CEO/Fractional CA trailblazer in revenue growth, Beth has led transformative initiatives at industry giants like Flexport, SEKO Logistics, and C.H. Robinson. Recognized by Forbes as subject matter expert, Beth is a top female leader in go-to-market and sales within the supply chain and logistics sectors. She combines strategic acumen with a hands-on approach to drive immediate impact.
Her journey to helping seed level and up organizations was sparked by scaling companies like Flexport, CH Robinson, SEKO and a plethora of AI/SaaS organizations. With a focus on GTM strategy, channel selling and bringing velocity to her clients’ growth, she has driven revenue growth from 0-$500M at 2 separate organization through grit, process and cross collaboration.
Beth is known as an empathetic and energetic leader. Her enthusiasm when she sees her customers make progress is contagious and one of the reasons RGC continues to support and grow our client base.
Beth's journey began in fifth grade, delivering newspapers and managing subscriptions. After climbing too many roofs to get the papers that missed the driveway, her entrepreneurial spirit flourished as she transformed her family's pantry into an office, appointing her younger sister as her executive assistant in grade school. As she became legally able to work, she built her career from the ground up within the supply chain sector, leading to executive sales roles. Today, she channels that same energy and authenticity into every client engagement, fostering collaboration and delivering results with unmatched velocity.
In addition to bringing commercial expertise, Beth is also a Licensed Customs Broker and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Will Urban
Board Member/Executive Advisor
Will is a partner at R7 , an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in the untapped potential of physical industries within the new industrial economy
Will is the former Chief Revenue Officer of Flexport. During his time at Flexport, Will spearheaded innovative strategies that propelled the company while revolutionizing the global freight forwarding and logistics sector. During his tenure, Will lead the revenue growth of Flexport, moving the company from $600m annual sales to over $4.5b in a 3 year period all through organic growth.
With his operational expertise in global trade, logistics and supply chain, and after seeing literally thousands of companies navigate global trade over the years, Will now puts his passion and industry knowledge to work helping companies of all sizes and maturity grow.
Will Urban began his 25-year career at Expeditors in 1994, as a Management Trainee after a chance meeting with founder and former CEO Peter Rose while working as an intern for the Port of Seattle. Will ascended from a Management Trainee to Regional Vice President of the Northwest USA all while working in various roles and global markets along the way. In this key role, he led sales and operations across major locations including San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, and Denver, managing approximately 1,000 full-time employees and overseeing large global accounts. His leadership played a vital role in one of the company's largest regions.
Will is also a venture partner at Companyon Ventures, Nine Realms Ventures and sits on the boards of numerous companies. -
Riley Banks
Board Member/Advisor
Riley brings over 20 years of experience across logistics, supply chain, and transportation technology, working with mid-market 3PLs, shippers, and freight tech startups. Through his consulting practice, Banks Logistics Partners, and in his current role leading Customer Success & Solutions at Parade, Riley helps companies identify and extract value from their operations and technology—quickly and with confidence.
His work spans everything from uncovering inefficiencies on the warehouse floor to mapping out platform strategies that scale. Teams trust him for his clarity, depth, and ability to connect business outcomes to operational execution.
Outside of work, Riley is a committed cyclist, lifelong learner, and passionate restorer of old homes and processes alike.
